Why choose the Plus plan?

The Plus plan is a flexible service plan designed to help small businesses and startups scale their IoT deployments without negotiated contracts or usage commitments. You can purchase blocks of data operations on a monthly basis to meet your business’s changing data operations requirements.

With a Plus plan, you will have access to purchase hardware in bulk (trays, reels, etc) on our store.

How the Plus plan works:

Monthly Plan: You purchase one or more fixed data operations blocks on the date your subscription plan begins.

  • Each $599.00 block gives you a maximum of 5,000,000 data operations, support for 100 devices, and 3 GB of Cellular usage. The single-block price of $599 (plus tax, if applicable) is only subject to change in the future with advance written notice to you of at least 7 or more days, unless you exceed your current limits via excess device or data usage in each monthly billing period.

How Billing Works:

Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis starting on the date it began until you inform us you would like to cancel your plan. You may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason at all, at your convenience, by ceasing your use of the Particle Platform, and providing written notice to Particle.

Plan Changes:

  • Increase your blocks per month as needed: If you go over your monthly block limits based on usage during a monthly billing period, you will be charged for the extra block(s) at a cost of $599 per block (plus tax, if applicable) automatically to avoid a lapse in service for your devices.
  • Lower your blocks per month by emailing support@particle.io. Cancel your plan here.
  • Note: Our free, Basic, and Plus plans do not include support services otherwise. We encourage you to check out our growing Community for assistance with technical matters! Also, with the conclusion of your final date of service on the Plus plan, you will no longer be eligible to order bulk product SKU’s from the Particle store.

Go to the Particle Billing Portal and provide billing information to pay for the Plus plan.

  • Create an account by using your Particle account credentials and enter your credit card and billing address or
  • If you have an account, verify or update your credit card and add your billing address.

After submitting this form, we will unpause your account within one business day and make sure it stays running while we process your Plus plan upgrade.
